Activity providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and safety of their activities, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to use KidsCard responsibly and not to misuse the platform. This includes providing truthful information, respecting other users and providers, and not attempting to circumvent the platform's systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

KidsCard acts as a marketplace connecting parents with activity providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of activities listed on the platform. Parents are responsible for ensuring activities are suitable for their children.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of KidsCard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
